Timtex Partners With Artful Offerings on Creative Heavy Stabilizer Designs

Designer Karina Hittle of Artful Offerings(TM) Discovers Timtex(TM) as the "Stiff Stuff" You Can Sew Right Through

November 25, 2005 -- Karina Hittle of Artful Offerings(TM)  was searching for a fabric stiffening product that was easy to use, eliminated messy adhesives and provided a stiff but flexible result.  The search ended when she discovered Timtex(TM).  Timtex is a great heavy stabilizer used to make fabric bowls, boxes, tote bags, purses, costumes, hat brims and so much more!  Karina uses Timtex to provide just the right stiffness in one of her newest Artful Offerings' designs--Quilted Notecards and Envelopes, which were a big hit at the Fall 2005 International Quilt Market in Houston, TX.  TIMTEX was developed by Timber Lane Press for the brim interfacing in the Home Run Hat sewing pattern.
