Sewing Bluebirds Quilt & Pinkeep

~ A Sewing Bird was commonly used in the Victorian home.  It was a useful sewing accessory know as a "third hand" to help with hemming, embroidery & pinning.  This charming pattern features a wall quilt with two sewing birds lending a helping hand by storing pins and holding buttons.  A third sewing bird can be made and used as a functional pinkeep or as a delightful decoration. ~
